The service
Keel Workforce reads data from systems a client company already uses and produces reports and answers for that client. The scope of systems, branches and reports is agreed with each client in writing before access is granted.
Access
The client grants access in its own accounts, at the lowest permission level each system offers, and can revoke it at any time. Keel Workforce uses that access only to read. It does not create, change or delete anything in the client's systems, and it never spends the client's money.
Accuracy
Reports are computed from the client's own data as the source systems deliver it. Where a source has a gap or a day is not yet settled, the report says so. Keel Workforce does not guarantee the correctness of data that a source system delivers wrongly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the event, and excludes indirect loss and lost profit.

Law
Czech law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Prague.
